What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver and support cloud and network security solutions, especially Prisma Access, SASE, and next-generation firewall environments, while solving complex customer deployment and escalation challenges.

I lead end-to-end cloud security delivery at Infinity Labs, deploying Prisma Access, Strata Cloud Manager, DLP, SaaS Security, Prisma Access Browser, and CASB environments.

I take deployments from license activation and tenant setup through Service Connections, Mobile Users, Remote Networks, Explicit Proxy, IPSec tunnels, GlobalProtect, policy readiness, and handover. I also troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, policy, and service-integration issues while coordinating with sales, customer success, product, and technical teams.

Previously, I supported Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Panorama, and GlobalProtect at IOPEX Technologies and Cisco ASA and Firepower platforms at Capgemini Engineering. I bring hands-on experience with escalations, packet analysis, firewall lifecycle management, and customer security-policy optimization.
