At Accenture Solutions, I support Sainsbury's Retail in the UK by enhancing and maintaining mainframe applications across COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, parameters, and procedures.

I've performed impact analysis, prepared HLD and LLD documentation, developed SQL queries for extraction and validation, and supported production deployments and go-live activities. I monitor batch jobs through Control-M, debug production abends using Abend-Aid and XPEDITOR, resolve incidents through ServiceNow, and conduct defect and root-cause analysis.

For internal stakeholders, I've built standard reporting dashboards that combine operational and analytical reporting to show production-process performance. I've also created automated reports and Scrum dashboards for performance, velocity tracking, and Scrum KPIs to identify improvement areas.

I'm drawn to data modelling, dashboard development, and business intelligence, using Power BI, SQL, Python, Pandas, NumPy, Snowflake, and Excel to clean, transform, validate, and analyze data.
