At American Integrated Services (AIS), I opened the Houston Gulf office, which now generates $50M in annual revenue. I oversee job costing, billing, contract administration, estimating, and the coordination of project staff and crews.
I consolidated crew rotation, personnel, asset, jobsite, and certification data into one Airtable system, replacing information spread across separate tools. I also automated crew scheduling and certification alerts, including TWIC expiration tracking.
I digitized heavy equipment inspections, connecting online submissions to branded PDF reports and MaintainX work orders, and built preventive maintenance tracking based on engine hours and service dates. Across abatement, decontamination, and demolition projects, my work has included project controls, contract administration, procurement, and close-out documentation.
