I’m a Nurse Case Manager and Registered Nurse focused on helping injured employees receive the right care and move claims toward closure. I bring hands-on occupational health experience and a strong documentation mindset built around OSHA logs and workers’ compensation requirements.

As a Safety and Health Nurse with Sanderson Farms, I administer medical treatment for occupational and non-occupational injuries, complete urine drug screens and pre-employment physicals, and manage the documentation required for workers’ compensation claims. I collaborate with claim supervisors, claims adjusters, attorneys, nurse case managers, and physicians to support treatment and return-to-work, including scheduling appointments and coordinating communication.

Earlier, as a Nurse Case Manager with Corvel, I worked closely with workers’ compensation adjusters to coordinate treatment plans, facilitate care during patient appointments, and keep matters progressing toward closure. I scheduled diagnostic testing, physical therapy, and follow-up appointments, and updated adjusters and employers after each visit—staying on task while working remotely.

My nursing foundation includes operating room and inpatient experience at Colquitt Regional Medical Center, where I supported surgery as a circulator nurse and provided medication and treatment on the medical and pediatric wings. I’m also CPR and AED certified, trained as a HAZMAT technician, and certified in DOT and non-DOT breath alcohol and drug screen collection, with a commitment to learning and expanding my education/certifications.
