Earlier, at Anchor Coupling, Inc/Caterpillar Inc. and ThyssenKrupp Waupaca Foundry, I supported employee health and safety, workers' compensation case management, and return-to-work accommodations. I also supervised first responders and worked with physicians and supervisors to support injured employees.
