I’m looking for a QA Engineer role where I can run automated and API/mobile tests, document and escalate issues clearly, and work in an agile, quality-first team using data-driven bug tracking and continuous feedback to improve reliability.

I’m a QA Engineer with a foundation in healthcare technical support and hands-on experience in automated, API, mobile app, and AI testing. I bring a quality-first mindset, fast learning, and strong attention to detail to every release.

I deliver data-driven bug tracking, test documentation, and clear escalations to help teams improve product reliability. I also support agile execution through cross-functional collaboration and structured test planning.

In my current role, I resolve 5–7 tickets per hour while maintaining 90%+ SLA compliance and strong CSAT by troubleshooting apps, tablets, mobile devices, and backend issues.
