What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead community outreach and coordinate high-impact programs, support people through practical guidance, and use strong documentation and communication to improve outcomes with a team that values collaboration.

I’m an Adoption Event Coordinator and Outreach Assistant who organizes and hosts 4–6 adoption events per month while driving public awareness, mission education, and volunteer recruiting. I connect applicants, foster families, and event teams to keep adoptions and outreach running smoothly.

In my current role, I review adoption applications, speak with interested adopters, and process adoptions. I also document behavioral, medical, or other relevant information in an online platform and track event statistics to identify adoption patterns and trends.

Before this, I worked as a Case Manager at the Mesa County Workforce Center, where I managed a caseload of 35–55 clients for a federally funded grant program. I built strong rapport, supported job readiness (including interviewing skills and workplace navigation), and partnered with business owners to facilitate meetings and track progress.

Earlier, I served as a Behavior Technician implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, working both in homes and the community and collaborating with parents/guardians on weekly therapy schedules. I also bring a customer-service and operations background as a Shift Manager and Server, strengthening my communication, documentation, and problem-solving under pressure.
