Ashley Montalvo

I’m an early childhood-focused professional with hands-on classroom and in-home experience caring for and teaching children while maintaining clear parent communication. My background spans assistant teaching, floater roles, nanny work, and long-term childcare responsibilities that strengthened my ability to organize daily routines, support learning, and keep a positive environment.

Having recently worked with AMPACT Early Learning Corps/AmeriCorps, I tutored students who needed the most help across foundational skills like letter names/sounds, phonological awareness, vocabulary, comprehension, and early math concepts such as counting and number comparisons. I assessed educational needs, provided targeted interventions during circle time and read-aloud activities, and helped learners achieve “the best knowledge to their ability.”

I have experience in organizing skills, drawing, writing and editing in English writing. My passion is to also help those write the English language properly as it is losing its meaningful art of language.
