I am a Spatial Planning and Land Development Consultant with 7+ years of professional experience spanning urban planning, land development, property development, geospatial analysis, architectural design, and real estate advisory. With an MSc in Spatial Planning Systems (2023) and a BSc in Rural and Urban Planning (2020), I bring a strong planning foundation combined with practical development orientation.

Since 2019, I’ve advised clients and institutions on property acquisition, development opportunities, investment analysis, market trends, land-use evaluations, and strategic decisions—always grounded in development feasibility and clear spatial logic. I’ve provided consulting support to organizations including local governance bodies and property stakeholders, strengthening planning outcomes through stakeholder engagement, technical planning inputs, and regulatory-minded recommendations.

Some of my most impactful work includes contributing to the Epworth Local Development Plan through spatial analysis, planning assessments, and stakeholder consultations, as well as leading the planning and layout design for the Mirianda Housing Estate with more than 1,700 residential stands. I coordinate subdivision and layout planning, approvals and development permits, compliance certification, and support title deed acquisition—ensuring projects move from concept to compliant, investable delivery.
