As the Chief Academic Officer for Loudoun County Public Schools, I provide visionary leadership for the third-largest school division in Virginia, serving over 82,000 students and managing a substantial annual operating budget.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented innovative programs, such as the expansion of early childhood education opportunities and the establishment of International Baccalaureate programs. My commitment to community engagement is evident in my facilitation of listening sessions and the development of user-friendly data dashboards to enhance transparency. I am passionate about leveraging technology and instructional innovation to create impactful learning experiences for all students.
