I focus on quoting personal and commercial lines, including home, auto, business, and specialty coverage. I also process policy changes, endorsements, and updates with careful attention to accuracy, helping clients keep their coverage current.

When claims come in, I submit and assist with insurance claims and coordinate with carriers and underwriters to support client needs. I also accept and post client payments while maintaining accurate records, and I bring the same precision to data entry and ongoing client relationship management.
