At PepsiCo, I led an IBM cloud transformation across seven concurrent workstreams, coordinating the migration of more than 6,000 EDI integrations from legacy platforms to the cloud. I governed the work from initiation through deployment and operational transition.

I established the project charter, governance, RAID and escalation model, aligning scope, acceptance criteria and milestones with business commitments. I also managed plans, resources, financial oversight and delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains.

For deployment, I coordinated development, testing, infrastructure readiness and partner connectivity migration. I created cutover and rollback plans, secured approvals, and led deployment bridges through validation and business sign-off.

Earlier, at Yellow Corporation, I led EDI modernization that included legacy mainframe migration, platform consolidation and TMS integration. My career has also included healthcare EDI delivery and production support, backed by PMP and ITIL certifications.
