At Ctrls Datacenter Limited, I managed Azure Windows Servers and administered Active Directory users, security groups, and profiles. I also supported domain-joined machines with ManageEngine Desktop Central / Endpoint Central.
Earlier, I provided Level 2 desktop support at Pyramid Ltd. and supported Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments at Experis IT Pvt. Ltd. I hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate — AZ-104 credential and am pursuing Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification.
