What I'm looking for

I’m an immediate joiner and I’m open to remote/hybrid (Delhi NCR). I want to lead frontend architecture, ship cross-platform React Native/React products, build real-time experiences, and mentor teams while improving code quality and performance.

I’m a React Native Tech Lead with 4+ years of experience building and shipping high-performance, cross-platform mobile and web applications. I led a 10-member frontend team at Ekant Solutions, owning architecture, code quality, sprint planning, and mentorship.

I’ve shipped production apps to the App Store and Play Store for two international sporting events—Kho Kho World Cup 2025 and Sepaktakraw World Cup 2025. I built and delivered a SaaS-based Game Management System (GMS) handling real-time match data for players, coaches, referees, and officials.

Hands-on, I’ve worked across React Native, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and native module integration. I implemented real-time features with Socket.IO and REST/GraphQL APIs, and I manage end-to-end App Store / Play Store deployment using CI/CD.

I care about maintainability, performance, and developer growth—architecting modular frontend systems with scalable patterns and improving Lighthouse metrics (LCP, TBT, CLS). I also stay deeply involved in hiring, onboarding, code reviews, and upskilling juniors through pairing and learning-by-doing.
