At Fictiv, I built a Python AI agent that uses semantic search to answer customer questions about manufacturing processes and materials. It reduced pre-sales support queries by about 10% and improved quote-to-order conversion by 30% for agent-assisted sessions.
I also led the re-architecture of the reorder workflow service and led four engineers building a Go query analyzer. Earlier, at Sendinblue (Brevo), I migrated marketing automation workflows from Node.js to Go across six services, and at Tata Consultancy Services I maintained and enhanced Java backend services for banking and financial clients.
