I investigate discrepancies across agreements, shareholder records, transactions, and system data; reconcile information; and guide users through complex workflows in clear, practical language. I also create support documentation and process guides that improve consistency and reduce repeat questions.

Previously at Cognizant, I reviewed US healthcare policies, eligibility information, claims data, and supporting documentation while following privacy, compliance, and escalation requirements. At Amazon, I handled high-volume employee and stakeholder requests, verified information, documented cases, and coordinated with teams to resolve issues.

Across customer support, technical troubleshooting, and operations, I bring accurate case documentation, thoughtful issue triage, and calm customer communication. I'm comfortable learning new SaaS platforms, verification workflows, and compliance procedures quickly in a remote environment.
