Scaled the app to 50K+ users with 4.7★ ratings across Android, iOS, and Web while leading 2 developers + interns and building core audio/video streaming and real-time video-call experiences.

Contributed to growing the app from 10K to 150K+ downloads and from 4K to 35K+ MAU within 6 months by shipping interactive story creation, infinite-scroll feeds, and social features. Audited and refactored the codebase with clean architecture, reducing build times by ~30% and cutting app size by 12MB, while introducing automated testing and leading a small engineering team.

Built and shipped core mobile features including subscription management, trainer workflows, and customizable gym modules. Improved app performance and stability and integrated third-party services such as payments, push notifications, and analytics for an early-stage product.
