I'm looking for senior Business Applications leadership roles combining enterprise application ownership, technical architecture, project delivery, people management and business partnership.

At EUROPEAN TOUR GROUP, I lead the strategy, architecture and delivery of the Business Systems portfolio, with primary responsibility for Workday and Salesforce. I own the platforms’ roadmaps and guide solutions from business requirements through release and ongoing improvement.

I built an AI-driven anomaly detection model for expenses, invoices and accounting that increased audit accuracy by 25% and saved more than 40 hours per month in manual review. I also designed and oversee Salesforce–Workday integrations supporting billing, revenue recognition and reporting.

As Head of Business Systems, I lead a cross-functional team and provide technical direction across Workday and Salesforce. I manage delivery through Agile and Waterfall approaches, and oversee releases, implementation partners and application support priorities.

Earlier at EUROPEAN TOUR GROUP, I delivered Workday automation initiatives, including Player Prize Fund Automation and Customer Invoice Automation. My earlier finance and systems roles at WorldFirst, Cantor Fitzgerald, Deutsche Bank and RBS included system integration, accounting validation, reporting and controls.
