What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own enterprise e-commerce, platform, or AI product delivery end to end, balancing customer needs with scalable platform integrity. I'm open to relocation and remote opportunities where I can use data, product judgement, and delivery leadership.

I've owned ShopHub, a multi-tenant enterprise commerce platform serving Mastercard, PepsiCo, and Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. I manage its backlog, release decisions, acceptance criteria, and the trade-offs between tenant customisation and core-platform integrity.

At Valethi Technologies, I've led end-to-end tenant deliveries, including a multi-market consumer brand platform for DFWS that launched with zero critical defects. I also delivered B2B storefront enhancements and a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway integration for Mastercard.

Since 2024, I've led product design for conversational commerce agents, mapping more than 40 B2B and B2C use cases into Shopping Advisor, Comparison Agent, and Cart Enabler prototypes demonstrated to Mastercard and ADM.

I use adoption, performance, and KPI data to prioritise roadmaps, define product success, and reduce recurring maintenance work. My work also spans POS analytics, executive dashboards, resource-management workflows, and AI-assisted candidate screening.
