What I'm looking for
I am an equity-driven educator and instructional leader with over a decade of experience in PK–12 settings, specializing in academic intervention and learning support. My expertise lies in designing inclusive, data-informed instruction and leading multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) to promote student achievement. I have a strong background in curriculum development, executive functioning coaching, and creating individualized learning plans for diverse and at-risk learners.
In my current role as MTSS Coordinator at Elsie Whitlow Stokes, I lead school-wide coordination efforts with external partners to ensure high-impact support for students and families. I have successfully initiated Tier 1 & 2 instructional models and spearheaded data-driven decision-making processes that enhance intervention effectiveness. My previous experience as a Classroom Teacher and Learning Specialist has equipped me with the skills to create inclusive curricula and develop tailored lesson plans that significantly improve literacy outcomes for diverse learners.
