At Barikat Grup, I coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical cybersecurity projects, aligning customers, technical teams, and vendors from planning through deployment and handover.
I managed a three-year SIEM implementation project for a national air traffic management authority, spanning tender review, procurement, installation, demonstrations, training, and final acceptance.
I also coordinated an ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS program across four cities and supported internal audits; certification was achieved ahead of plan. Other project work included Cloudflare migration and enablement and enterprise penetration testing.
In my current role, I manage milestones, risks, issues, onboarding, and post-deployment follow-up. I use Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for project planning and documentation, including AI-assisted workflows.
