At CleanSheet Group, I design and maintain Jira workflows, fields, permissions, and security schemes. I also configure Jira Service Management request types and SLAs for internal helpdesk services.

I use ScriptRunner and Groovy to automate field updates, workflow transitions, and parent-subtask synchronization. I investigate workflow and integration failures using issue history, application logs, and API payloads.
