At CyberArk, I own complex enterprise Identity investigations involving SSO/SAML, SCIM, provisioning, directory integrations, and REST APIs. I also collaborate with R&D and Product teams to turn customer symptoms, logs, and reproduction evidence into actionable engineering findings.
I built Orion, an EMEA support-triage automation system that progressed to live testing, using reusable workflows across Slack Workflows, Slack Lists, and Google Sheets. I’ve also designed a Microsoft Entra secret-expiration notification solution and tested a log-sanitization approach for AI analysis across roughly 50 samples.
