Asadullah Ghori
@asadullahghori
Senior product and partnerships leader scaling fintech platforms and negotiations from first deal to global growth.
What I'm looking for
I’m a senior partnerships executive with 25+ years sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex B2B partnerships in fintech and payments, most of it inside Visa’s global card network. I personally originated roughly 70% of practice revenue growth, scaling it from $500K to nearly $30M.
At Visa, I lead global strategy, design, and commercialization for affluent and premium card propositions, owning a ~$30M global product budget and coordinating a cross-functional team of 10+ globally. I’ve defined affluent segmentation, launched AI-enabled premium payment features, globalized the Infinite product suite across five continents, and enabled cross-border issuance for globally mobile HNW consumers.
I also build and scale teams and go-to-market execution: I grew Visa’s CEMEA consulting practice from 2 to 20 consultants and built an advisory business across payments strategy, operating-model and org design, and digital transformation. Earlier, I led customer and change management work at EY and supported international banking sales and service design across 27 countries.
