What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role to utilize my skills in the BPO/SAP environment that offers professional growth, where I can manage client interactions, resolve tickets, and support SAP SD/Order-to-Cash processes to drive revenue growth.

I’m a client relationship management and BPO operations professional with experience across AT&T, Accenture, Sutherland, and Webhelp, where I handled customer queries through email, chat, and calls while driving process improvements. I’m also Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified and Power BI Certified from Skill Nation.

In my most recent role, I worked as an SAP SD Functional Consultant focused on Core Sales and Distribution (SD), Channel Management, and B2B integrations. I resolved tickets under dispute, supported continuous training, and optimized the Order-to-Cash cycle by interfacing with external systems.

Earlier, I served as an SME Team handling role at Accenture in Investment Accounting Ops for mortgages, managing a team of 25 and ensuring KYC compliance in a regulated environment. Before that, I built strong client ownership in mortgage and technical support processes—always aiming for quality, targets, and scalable client outcomes.
