At Arthum, I designed user journeys and HTML mockups for credit products, reworked HRMS flows across attendance, salary, payslips, and PF/ESIC compliance, and built a companion app for business owners to monitor operations and approve salary disbursements. I also interviewed customers and set up analytics to identify drop-off screens and improve user flows.

At ICICI Lombard, I analyzed insurance datasets and developed forecasting models and dashboards for the Health Sourcing team. I also co-founded Hizen.ai, where I developed an AI-based personalized assessment product, and built automation and AI projects including a GTM outreach pipeline and a self-hosted voice assistant.
