At VOIS, I lead reliability, stability, and operational excellence for business-critical enterprise platforms across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. I manage a team of seven engineers supporting 45+ production applications, including 15 Platinum applications with stringent availability commitments.

I've reduced Oracle WebLogic domain restart time from approximately three hours to under 10 minutes, significantly improving recovery during production outages. I also lead major incidents, drive root cause analysis, and deliver preventive improvements that strengthen platform resilience.

Previously at Amdocs, I worked on technical integration and production support for large-scale enterprise platforms across Germany and Ireland. I collaborated with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex application and middleware issues and support production releases.

I build Python automation and diagnostic utilities to reduce manual effort and accelerate troubleshooting. Alongside my enterprise technology experience, I’m developing deeper expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and agentic technologies, with a focus on applying them to infrastructure optimization, operational intelligence, and engineering efficiency.
