What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role where I can apply my technical skills and practical experience supporting users and maintaining computer systems.

At ICCT Colleges, I assisted students with accessing grades and navigating academic portals, and maintained computer systems to help keep workstations functional.

I also monitored CCTV systems and reported concerns, and supported audio equipment setup and troubleshooting for campus activities.

For my Waste Management System capstone project, I prepared proposals and technical documentation for an Arduino-based solution. I also have foundational knowledge of SQL, HTML, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
