What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote-first engineering leadership roles with companies in Europe or the US, where I can build AI-agentic engineering platforms, scale teams, and improve delivery and release operations.

At Al Jazeera, I lead mobile and quality engineering, building an MCP-based, LLM-driven multi-agent test platform now operating across 3,000+ migrated test cases. I integrated it with Jira, Atlassian, and GitHub so teams can move from ticket to automated pull request.

I transformed web and mobile release processes, growing web automation from 15% to 80%, reducing web hotfixes to 2–3 per year, and establishing a stable two-week mobile release cadence. I also rebuilt the QE organization around automation, hiring six QEs and a new mobile team.

Previously at Vineti, I led three engineering teams delivering supply-chain orchestration for personalized cell and gene therapies. Across my engineering career, I’ve built workflow systems, APIs, microservices, and high-performing teams in healthtech, media, publishing, and e-commerce.
