I am a French citizen with a Master of Science degree in Finance and Strategy from ESSEC Business School. With a strong background in strategy, M&A, valuation, and financial modeling, I have successfully contributed to driving inorganic growth through identifying and analyzing potential M&A targets. In my previous role as a Strategic Finance Senior Associate, I managed reporting and provided ad hoc support to investors, while also handling invoicing and account receivables for cash inflow purposes. Additionally, I have built business plans for contractor management business units.

During my tenure as an Investment Banking Associate at Perella Weinberg Partners, I gained extensive experience in origination and execution of M&A transactions across various sectors. Notably, I served as a financial advisor to Eutelsat on its combination with OneWeb, a deal valued at approximately $3.4 billion. At Deutsche Bank, as an Investment Banking Analyst, I participated in the DB Analyst Training Programme and worked on deals in both M&A and Leveraged Finance. I have also been involved in significant transactions such as the bridge financing for the acquisition of Alexion by AstraZeneca, valued at approximately $17.5 billion.

Furthermore, I have interned as a Private Equity Analyst at Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), where I analyzed investment opportunities and prepared investment memos for investment committees. I have also demonstrated leadership skills as the Co-head of ABC Innovation at the African Business Club, where I established communication supports for sponsors, entrepreneurs, and students.
