I am an Agile Software Delivery Head and Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end software delivery, QA, and cross-functional teams. I have successfully managed teams of 20+ members and implemented Scrum and Kanban to improve delivery predictability.

Throughout my career I have strengthened stakeholder relationships, resolved escalations, and established reporting mechanisms that provide leadership with visibility into project health. I have led QA efforts, streamlined defect-tracking and test processes, and coached teams to adopt continuous improvement practices.
