I'm looking to lead end-to-end analytics work where I can build trusted data models and dashboards, improve processes, partner with stakeholders, and apply AI-enabled automation to solve measurable business problems.

At Paytm, I lead end-to-end analytics across six merchant-support data streams, from SQL-based data modeling to Power BI dashboard deployment. I built a single source-of-truth governance framework delivering zero unresolved audit discrepancies each quarter.

I re-architected Starburst SQL models to reduce merchant issue resolution time by 20% and created unified Power BI and Apache Superset scorecards for TAT, CSAT, FCR, FRT, churn, and aging. I also use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to speed dashboard development, automate issue-intent classification, and reduce executive cross-channel reporting to under 60 seconds.

Previously, I analyzed loan portfolio risk at Cars24 and retail performance data at Jio, translating complex data into trusted Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets reporting for stakeholders.
