As Sales & Academic Program Manager and Co-Founder at English House Education Centre in Tashkent, I developed customized English programs, consulted with students and parents, managed scheduling and satisfaction tracking for 50+ clients, and delivered IELTS preparation.

At WeSell, I managed customer interactions in Smart Moving CRM, conducted inbound and outbound sales calls, and guided clients from lead generation through deal closure using a consultative sales approach.

My experience also includes client-facing tax consulting support at Deloitte and Touche and academic support for business management students at Webster University.
