I’m an experienced Senior Quality Analyst and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with 11 years supporting U.S. healthcare providers through accurate Emergency Department (ED) professional coding, coding audits, and quality assurance.

I bring advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II coding guidelines, with a strong focus on documentation review and coding compliance to reduce errors and strengthen charge capture.

In my recent role as Senior Quality Analyst at Logix Health Solutions, I conducted ED physician coding quality audits, maintained 99% coding accuracy and 100%+ productivity, and coached coders by identifying documentation deficiencies. Previously as a Senior Medical Coder at Omega Healthcare, I assigned CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes and mentored junior coders through ongoing review and education.

I’m driven by continuous quality improvement, root cause analysis, and productivity enhancement—using tools like Optum EncoderPro, Codify, and EMR/EHR workflows—while collaborating effectively with remote teams. I’ve also been recognized with a Monthly Star Award and Kudos Award.
