I'm reducing manufacturing defects and production costs at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry through QC projects, Kaizen activities, and CapEx commissioning work.

I've delivered $15,661 per month in cost savings across three production stages by implementing camera and laser precision detection projects. My work reduced laser soldering defects from 600 PPM to 100 PPM, eliminated one assembly defect from 200 PPM to zero, and improved defect-data accuracy from 67% to 100%.

I use 5 Whys, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA, PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and sustain improvements. I coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and production teams to ensure assets are commissioned and handed over safely, on time, and within budget.

Previously, I improved workflow efficiency by 18% at PT. INKA Multi Solusi through value stream mapping and manpower reallocation. I also led Smarttrons Chem-E-Car UNNES's R&D division to a Silver Medal at YISF 2022 and reduced troubleshooting time by 80% through cloud-based documentation.
