At Thinkrr.ai, I own the pharmacy concierge agent from roadmap through live release quality across PioneerRx and Liberty integrations. I made Liberty configuration per-pharmacy, removing custom engineering from go-lives.

I designed escalation specs that distinguish staff transfers from pharmacist transfers, and rebuilt call flows so prescriber calls and message-taking work from any point in a call. Before Thinkrr.ai, I designed SaaS dashboards at CyberSoft North America and led visual design work at InnovaSoft.
