What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA-focused role where I can own the full testing lifecycle, lead teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable releases on time—using agile tools and continuous improvement to raise software quality.

I'm Arslan Baig, a Lead SQA Engineer and ISTQB Certified QA professional with 9+ years of experience delivering software quality across web, mobile, and API platforms. I'm based in Karachi, Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) and am actively seeking a full-time remote QA role with a global product company.

What I do: I specialise in full-stack manual testing of complex web applications, API testing with Postman, SQL database validation, and end-to-end defect lifecycle management in JIRA. I've spent most of my career as an embedded QA member in Agile Scrum teams joining from requirements review all the way through release sign-off. I don't just find bugs; I prevent them by getting involved before development starts.

Current role: At Digital Gravity, I lead QA for a portfolio of enterprise projects delivered for the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) including DIFC Spaces, DIFC Venue Booking, and DIFC BPLA Automation as well as the Dubai Police SWAT project. I own the full QA lifecycle: test planning, API validation, regression testing, defect triage, stakeholder reporting, and final release sign-off. I also mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate directly with developers and product managers on every sprint.
