In my current role, I built a multi-source reconciliation system in Google Sheets using Apps Script, cross-referencing daily warehouse feeds against order and item-level data to flag missing stock and prioritise cases by financial exposure and payment status. I designed exception reports and SLA dashboards for vendor compliance, and automated daily tracking workflows that cut manual reporting time by ~40%. I also led root-cause analysis for a customer-rating decline and coordinated logistics partners to reduce failed collections by 20%, while handling payment reconciliations to ensure accurate payouts.

Previously, as a Floor Support Lead for technical and order operations, I analysed case-volume trends and defect/resolution metrics using Excel and tracked performance in Salesforce for weekly operational reviews. I ran A/B tests on troubleshooting communication flows that improved first-contact resolution by 30% and led a 15-member team. I’m now formalising my analytical depth through a Data Science & AI programme (IIT Roorkee x Masai) and I’m looking to bring this operations-plus-analytics skill set to a Supply Chain / Operations Analyst role in a logistics-tech environment.
