I built a WhatsApp agent in my Enterprise AI Automation Workflows project that qualifies leads around the clock, with AI lead scoring that alerts an admin when a hot lead comes in.
For the same project, I automated blog writing and publishing. The workflows use n8n, Airtable, WAHA WhatsApp API, RAG, and Python.
I also built a RAG chatbot WordPress plugin that answers visitors from a website’s own content, with an upload option for admins to update its answers without a developer.
At SUM Group, I automated data-processing tasks with n8n and Python, helped build an AI support chatbot, and connected frontend systems to backend services and databases. I also created a data triage pipeline that sorts support tickets by urgency and surfaces urgent VIP issues on a live dashboard.
