At Synergy-IT, I test ERGO Medical Underwriter, a web application for underwriting workflows with automated suggestions. I improved test coverage through automation and reduced manual testing effort by automating critical business workflows.
I also test ERGO File Processing, an Azure-based claims system. I validate file-processing scenarios, API integrations, data accuracy, and the end-to-end file lifecycle, and contribute to test automation.
At Wiseman Innovation, I tested products including 360 Patient Touch and 360 Population Builder. My work included checking patient registration and scheduling flows, testing database logic and stored procedures, and validating predictive-analytics outputs against expected data.
At Secure Tech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd, I performed front-end, API, manual, automated, load, and performance testing across projects. I also evaluated biometric accuracy using FAR, FRR, and ROC analysis and documented results to support system tuning.
