What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end UI/UX work, build scalable design systems, and collaborate closely with product and leadership to ship user-centric enterprise experiences.

I’m a Lead UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience partnering with VPs and product teams to turn proof-of-concepts into engaging client experiences. I’ve led end-to-end redesigns—like transforming Hyundai AutoEver America’s legacy PQMS platform into a modern, scalable, user-centric enterprise solution.

I build and scale design systems that help teams move faster without losing consistency, including a white-labelled system for ICICI Prudential’s PruJourney that streamlined UI across products and brands. I’ve also improved usability at scale through UX redesign of intranet experiences, and I prepare case studies that support client acquisition.

Beyond design, I collaborate closely across disciplines and can prototype and implement where needed—using tools like Figma/Framer and hands-on web skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I enjoy mentoring designers through Figma and design system upskilling, helping teams deliver consistently and efficiently.
