At KANTAR IMRB, I progressed from Commercial Consultant to Senior Executive – Commercial & Operations, taking on commercial, administrative, and operational responsibilities for the Guwahati unit.
At Kantar Operations, I led commercial operations from 2019 and managed a five-member operations team. My work covered procurement, vendor management, inventory, and Procure-to-Pay using KOOL and Maconomy.
I also supervised the development and setup of Kantar Guwahati, Delhi & Kolkata new office structure in 2019, and received the Extraordinary Gold Award – South Asia in 2018.
