What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Property Management Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Vendor Coordinator, Administrative / Operations Specialist, Customer Success Coordinator, or Project Coordinator role.

In my current remote role with a U.S.-Based Property Management Company, I manage more than 20 maintenance requests a week in AppFolio Property Manager, from intake and vendor dispatch through follow-up and closeout.

I coordinate vendors and appointments, review estimates and invoices, and communicate with owners and tenants about maintenance, billing, utilities, and rent adjustments. I also develop SOPs and maintain operational trackers in Google Sheets, Notion, and Wrike.

At Convent of Jesus and Mary School, I served as Science Coordinator and Senior Science Teacher for 11 years. I led departmental planning and coordinated curriculum, assessments, science activities, and parent communication.
