I am an accounting and finance professional with over 10 years of experience across accounting operations, controls, compliance, and process design. I began my career in 2008 and have progressed into leadership and specialist roles within multinational outsourcing and corporate environments.

I have hands-on experience leading transitions and knowledge transfer initiatives, moving processes onshore and offshore, and supervising teams to improve operational performance. My background includes accounts payable, invoice resolution, route accounting, and payments/vendor management.

In my recent role as a Blueprint Designer, I design and test processes to improve customer and agent experience, implement project-related steps to positively impact business metrics, and analyze variables to drive improvements. Previously, I worked as a Controls and Compliance Analyst preparing SOX narratives, coordinating SEC submissions, and supporting audits.

I hold a BS in Accountancy and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and I bring advanced skills in SAP, BPMN, and Microsoft Office. I combine analytical rigor, effective communication, and a professional ethical approach to deliver reliable process improvements and strong team supervision.
