I’m an engineering leader focused on scaling multi-layer organizations and delivering high-growth enterprise SaaS execution. At Adobe, I lead a 30-person, 3-EM structure across Workfront Planning and Commenting, scaling the org from 12 to 30 engineers in 6 months while owning both product areas.
I’ve driven end-to-end technical strategy that took Workfront Planning from inception to $28.5M+ ARR and 200+ enterprise customers. I build engineering quality systems, improve reliability through incident management and SLA accountability, and accelerate time-to-value with an AI-powered onboarding system that reduces customer onboarding from weeks to a single day.
I also strengthen long-term velocity by using AI pipelines to detect and remove stale feature-toggle code, and by shipping a self-serve trial experience to directly accelerate pipeline conversion. I develop managers from within the org—establishing coaching cadences, calibration practices, and career frameworks—because sustainable scale depends on people as much as process.

Led a 30-person, multi-layer engineering organization (3 EMs, ~27 engineers) for Workfront Planning & Commenting, scaling from 12 to 30 engineers in 6 months and owning product execution. Drove Workfront Planning from inception to $28.5M+ ARR with 200+ enterprise customers, including AI onboarding (weeks to 1 day) and AI-driven technical-debt reduction at scale.
Managed two engineering teams (~12 engineers) delivering DXUE Commenting, a core cross-product capability used across Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration. Improved reliability for distributed, multi-cloud enterprise systems by driving frontend/backend architectural changes and establishing org-wide engineering quality practices (structured code review, on-call ownership, technical standards).
