I’m looking for a remote role (US hours) where I can lead and mentor engineers, own people cycles and roadmaps, and stay hands-on with system design, web performance, and pragmatic AI-assisted workflows.

I’m an Engineering Manager with 5+ years leading 15–20 engineers at a high-growth eCommerce startup, supported by 10 years of hands-on IC experience. I own the full people cycle—hiring, promotions, compensation decisions, and performance reviews—while staying deeply technical through code reviews and architecture decisions. Across distributed APAC/US/EU teams, I drive OKR-driven goal setting and reliable execution.

At Jiffy.com, I launched the iOS & Android app from zero and scaled it to 15% of total orders in year one, then led 50+ A/B experiments to improve conversion and web performance. I built performance monitoring/alerting and led migrations (custom monitoring → Mixpanel-based monitoring, Angular 1 → Vue.js), reducing technical debt while strengthening analytics reliability.
