At Optum, I built a live leadership dashboard that gives VPs on-demand deal status and portfolio information, replacing a static monthly PowerPoint update. I also designed a centralized Smartsheet dashboard to track checklists, deliverables, metrics, and deal stages across transactions.
I coordinate concurrent healthcare acquisition due diligence with Corporate Development, Legal, HR, and Compliance. I assess compliance programs and operational controls against the OIG's seven elements of an effective compliance program, then write reports identifying risks for deal teams and compliance leadership.
Earlier at Optum, I created onboarding guides, SOPs, job aids, and process maps, and supported system enhancements and user acceptance testing. At Amazon, I validated and reported health data for regulatory submissions; at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, P.A., I managed litigation workflows and communicated with Spanish-speaking clients.
