What I'm looking for

I seek roles blending research or data analysis with operational responsibility at mission-driven teams, offering growth, mentorship, and collaborative culture.

I am a neuroscience graduate with hands-on research experience in addiction-related behavioral models and a track record of leading projects from design to validation. At UIC I led tissue processing and fluorescent imaging efforts while managing lab operations and mentoring undergraduates.

After graduation I expanded into education and client-facing roles, working as an ESL tutor delivering clear communication, schedule management, and cross-cultural collaboration. I currently run a small business where I handle end-to-end operations, finance, team supervision, and growth-oriented marketing.
