At Teleperformance, I run end-to-end Search Pod operations and resolve complex Google Merchant Center compliance issues for e-commerce clients.

I optimize keyword bids, negative keywords, advertising copy, product titles, and catalog attributes to improve search visibility, relevance, Quality Score, and click-through rates. I also use Feed Rules and Supplemental Feeds to maintain accurate product data across extensive catalogs.

I conduct landing-page and feed audits, address Misrepresentation and Tax or Shipping policy errors, and handle high-level technical queries in a non-voice environment.

Previously at Genpact, I managed escalated customer inquiries, identified root causes, and delivered consultative support while meeting call-volume, quality, and customer-satisfaction targets.
