I've led workforce planning, capacity management, scheduling, vendor-supported operations, outsourcing, RPA implementation, and workflow optimization across regulated clinical environments. I also support diagnostic product launches including Rh, Binocular, and Fetal Focus while partnering with clinical, laboratory, regulatory, product, training, and operational teams.

Previously at Invitae, I supervised global clinical data and diagnostic reporting workflows, strengthened onboarding and quality programs, and supported SOX and internal compliance requirements. I build scalable processes and develop teams that deliver accurate, efficient service.
